This year, the congregation is not possible. So, to help everyone get spiritually connected while staying at home, church service will go live." "This live streaming would be available not just on various social media platforms, where people will get to watch the ceremonies and attend prayers in English as well as vernacular languages. Anyone can access Easter celebrations from anywhere," he added.
A resident of Kolar, Maria Thomas, said, "Every year, we celebrate Easter with church bells and midnight prayers across the city. It's nice to know that we will still be able to engage in community prayers through live broadcast made available for everyone to make this a global prayer meet, despite the pandemic. Of course, there are doubts whether these options can truly recreate the experience of attending a real service, but in the given circumstances, this is still the best thing to happen."
